PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device having high light extracting efficiency and maximizing luminous intensity distribution in a direction other than a front direction. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence light source device includes a first transparent electrode layer, a light emitting layer, a second transparent electrode layer and a reflection layer arrayed in this order. The reflection layer has a periodic structure of repetition of periodic structure units including a plurality of inclined faces. At least one of sections of the periodic structure unit obtained by cutting the periodic structure unit along a face perpendicular to the main surface of the light emitting layer and passing the highest position of the periodic structure unit has an asymmetric form.
