The design is the features of shape, configuration, pattern and ornament of the portions of the drill silencer as shown in solid lines in the drawings. The portions shown in stippled lines do not form part of the design. The most significant features of the design are the generally circular cylindrical shape comprised of two opposing halves; the arcuately curved body of each half and the pair of lateral flanges which have holes which coincide with holes in complementary flanges of the other half; the front end of the upper half has a protruding lip which creates a slight overhang over a series of outlet ports in a collar; the lower half has a roughly rectangular cutaway; and the inner surface of the upper part has a series of laterally extending ridges.Drawings of the design are included.Figure 1 is a perspective view of a drill silencer showing the design;Figure 2 is a top view thereof;Figure 3 is a bottom view thereof;Figure 4 is a side view thereof;Figure 5 is an opposite side view thereof;Figure 6 is a front end view thereof; andFigure 7 is rear end view thereof. |
