Provided are a light-adjustment panel and a transparent display device capable of blocking external light, if necessary, by including the same. The display device comprises the light-adjustment panel and a transparent display panel disposed on the light-adjustment panel. The light-adjustment panel includes: a lower substrate; an upper substrate; a lower electrode and an upper electrode respectively disposed on mutually facing surfaces of the upper and lower substrates; and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the upper and lower electrodes. The liquid crystal layer includes a polymer matrix and a plurality of liquid crystal droplets dispersed in the polymer matrix. The liquid crystal droplets include liquid crystal molecules and bar-type dyes therein.
