The display (10) has parts for displaying information in different applications e.g. radio application (18), with different colors and/or brightnesses in a preset color coding. A programmable light source (15) i.e. red-green-blue LED, produces light in different color codings outside the display. The color codings of the light source are performed based on the preset color coding. An interactive operating device displays the applications that are operated by touching surface area of the device.
