PURPOSE: A road-guide plate with a functionality traffic sign is provided to prevent damage to the pedestrians and cars by outside impact and strong wind. CONSTITUTION: A road-guide plate with a functionality traffic sign comprises a horizontal frame(120), a post clamp, a settlement part(300), a sign board(320), a movement prevention pin and a cable. The horizontal frame has a horizontal rail groove and a T-shaped support groove. The post clamp is comprised of a front support(150) and a rear support(190). The sign board is fixed to a rod fitting groove of the lower part settlement part with a piece. The movement prevention pin is inserted in the T-shaped support groove. The cable is connected to a front cap(290) of the horizontal frame and fixed at a post through the post clamp.
