PURPOSE: A mold for UV molding and a molding method using the same are provided to prevent hardened UV agent powder from being inserted into a molding recessed portion. CONSTITUTION: A mold for UV molding comprises a guide groove(325), a molding recessed portion(320) and an exhaust passage(310). The guide groove is formed in the upper side of the mold. The guide groove has the length and the same width as a raw sheet. The guide groove guides the raw sheet. The molding recessed portion is formed in the inner surface of the guide groove. The molding recessed portion shapes UV in the rear side of the raw sheet with desired shape. The exhaust passage is located on the opposite side of an ejection side of the UV agent powder and discharges the rest of UV agent filled in the molding recessed portion.
