PURPOSE: A pressure sensor is provided to stop a diaphragm from rotating when screwing a middle housing to a top housing, by securing the diaphragm to the middle housing with a pin, and a pressure detection apparatus with the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensor includes a bottom housing(21) with a first through hole, a circuit board mounted on top of the bottom housing to cover the first through hole, a middle housing(23) which secures the circuit board and has a second through hole corresponding to the first through hole, a diaphragm(40) which is electrically connected to the circuit board and covers the second through hole, and a top housing(25) which secures the diaphragm to seal the second through hole and has a third through hole.
