PURPOSE: A form system for constructing a central wall of a tunnel is provided to use the internal space of the moving cart as a working channel, and to prevent bulging or sagging of the form. CONSTITUTION: A form system(200) for constructing a central wall of a tunnel comprises a guide rail(210) installed on the bottom of the tunnel, a moving cart(220) moving along the guide rail in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel, a form(230) with a roller guide inside, form connecting members(240) composed of hydraulic jacks(241) and jack bolts(242), and an X-shaped form supporter(250) installed between the moving car and the form to keep them horizontal.
