PURPOSE: A filtering unit of a crusher of expandable beads for oil absorption is provided to prevent the expandable beads from being discharge to a net installed in the middle part by moving the expandable beads with the small particles firstly. CONSTITUTION: The expandable beads of the resin are injected through an injection hole and are crushed. A filtering unit selects the ground expandable beads. The filtering unit includes a ground material injection unit(120), a filtering unit casing, a screw bar(150), and a minute mesh net(140). The crushed expandable beads are inputted to the ground material injection unit. The filtering unit casing is connected to the ground material injection unit. The screw bar is rotated in the filtering unit casing. The minute bead mesh net is attached to the filtering unit casing to be connected.
