PURPOSE: An oxygen purification apparatus is provided to increase oxygen purity and efficiency of the oxygen purification by passing the purified air through a zeolite filling tower. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen purification apparatus includes an air purification filter(11,12), an air injection pump(17,18), an air storage tank(30), and a polymer hollow fiber membrane. The oxygen purification apparatus further includes a dehumidifier(22,23) and a radiator(13,14). The air in the air storage tank is injected to an oxygen refining tower(31,32). The concentration of the air passed through the polymer hollow fiber membrane is increased to 40% ~ 65%. A check valve or a solenoid valve(35,36) is installed between the air storage tank and the oxygen refining tower. |
