PURPOSE: An oxidation-preventing inner pot cover for an electric rice cooker is provided to keep the taste of the rice by maintaining the pressure of the inner pot and the pressure of the outside and blocking the outer air. CONSTITUTION: An oxidation-preventing inner pot cover for an electric rice cooker comprises a plate(11), a ceiling(14), a handle part, a control valve(12), and an elastic film. The plate is formed to cover the top of the inner pot. The ceiling is formed at the lower circumference of the plate to seal the stepped projection of the inner pot. The handle part is formed on the top of the plate. The control valve is formed on the upper part of a through-hole to be closed in case the pneumatic pressure of the inner pot is lower than the atmospheric pressure. The elastic film adheres to the lower part of the plate. |
