<p>PURPOSE: A system for testing heat exchange performance of an air-conditioner is provided to objectively and accurately measure the heat exchange performance of the air-conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A system for testing heat exchange performance of an air-conditioner comprises a first chamber(20), a second chamber(30), an exhaust fan(40), a mixer(50), an air sampler(60), a nozzle plate(70), a first hydrostatic measuring unit(91), second and third hydrostatic measuring units(92,93), and first and second porous plates(80,85). The first chamber is connected to the air-conditioner, a test object(10). The second chamber is connected to the first chamber. The exhaust fan is connected to the second chamber and fits to the inside of the first chamber. The mixer mixes is installed inside the first chamber and mixes the air jetted out form the test objet to make the air have fixed temperature distribution and the humidity distribution. The air sampler inhales some part of the air mixed by the mixer and measures the dry temperature and wet temperature. The nozzle plate has a plurality of nozzles(71) with hole selectively opened and closed. The first hydrostatic measuring unit measures the hydrostatic of the first chamber internal air and is installed in the surrounding of the first chamber. The second and third hydrostatic measuring units measure the hydrostatic of second chamber interior nozzle board backward and are installed in the surrounding of the second chamber. The first and second porous plates are built in the front and back side of the nozzle plate.</p> |
