<p>A latch type circuit breaker is provided to switch correctly a short-circuiting state and an opening state by using an opening signal or a short-circuiting signal. A latch type circuit breaker includes a power contact, a load contact, a transverse bar, a mover, an upper permanent magnet(54), a lower frame(30), an upper frame(50), and a movable core(60). The power contact and the load contact are installed in a lateral direction within a case. The transverse bar comes in contact with the power contact and the load contact at the same time. The transverse bar are separated from the power contact and the load contact at the same time. The mover is installed from a center of the transverse bar to the lateral direction of the transverse bar. The upper permanent magnet is installed at one side within the case. The lower frame is opened toward the upper permanent magnet. The lower permanent magnet having a through-hole is installed at the lower frame. The upper frame is installed at both sides of the lower frame. The movable core penetrates the through-hole of the lower permanent magnet.</p> |
