PURPOSE: An optical pipe and illuminating apparatus comprising the same are provided to reduce the difference of a luminance between the long distance from the optical source section. CONSTITUTION: The supporting member(324) is placed in the outer side of the optical film(322). The supporting member includes one of the protrusion(340) and groove(350). The surface roughness of the protrusion or groove is 3μm-30μm. At least one is and formed in one of the inside surface and outside of the supporting member. The density increases as a distance from the optical source part(310) increases. The optical film includes the second surface facing the first plane and the first surface.
