PURPOSE: A guard fence is provided to fix an aluminium beam with a closed section having excellent bending resistivity on a steel post having excellent impact absorbing performance. CONSTITUTION: A guard fence comprises a plurality of steel posts(110), a joint member(120), an aluminum beam(130), and a fixing member(140). The steel post is arranged in the handrail of the roadside or the bridge. A combining hole(113) is formed on the steel post. The joint member corresponds to the steel post. A joint hole(123) is formed on the joint member. An aluminum beam connects the steel posts. A hanging groove(131) is formed on the aluminum beam. The fixing member is connected to the joint hole of the joint member and the combining hole of the steel post. The fixing member fixes the steel post on the joint member and the aluminum beam.
