PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discoloration sheet that can apply a sounding function to a sheet capable of forming an image to a porous layer by liquid such as water at low cost, and facilitates drawing and sounding even for infants, and provide a water discoloration drawing toy set using the same.SOLUTION: A sheet 1 is formed by providing a porous layer 3 with a low refractive index pigment affixed to a binder resin in a dispersed state on a support 2, the water discoloration sheet 1 that is formed by providing a sound generating member 4 in the lower surface of the support 2.
