PURPOSE: An open and close fixing apparatus for a hatch cover is provided to open and close a hatch cover inside and outside and be automatically fixed in case of opening the hatch. CONSTITUTION: An open and close fixing apparatus(10) for a hatch cover comprises a shelter, a pair of fixing pins(20), a pair of fixing parts(30), and a handle part(40). The fixing pin is mounted on the shelter. The fixing part is mounted on the hatch cover. The fixing part rotates the hatch cover in opening the hatch formed in the shelter and fixed on the fixing pin. The fixing part releases the hanging of the fixing pins according to the press of the handle part when closing the hatch. The handle part is mounted on the hatch cover. The handle part releases the hanging of the fixing parts.
