PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lightly perform the switching operation from connection to disconnection of a dog clutch which freely connects or disconnects the power transmission from an internal combustion engine to a propeller even in the case that break or short circuit occurs in an operating force detecting means. SOLUTION: This power transmission connecting/disconnecting apparatus is provided with the operating force detecting means 33 for judging whether or not the operating force in a connecting/disconnecting operation part 32 is a prescribed value or more when switching a dog clutch 29 from its connecting state to the disconnecting one, and a control device 42 for inputting the detection signal from the detecting means 33 that the operating force is the prescribed value or more to lower the output torque of the internal combustion engine 9. Further, the operating force detecting means 33 is provided with a means 34 for detecting abnormality such that break or short circuit occurs, and such as abnormality detection signal from the means 34 is inputted to the control device 42 by which the output of the internal combustion engine 9 is varied. |
