PURPOSE: A Pseudomonas corrugate CCR04 which prevents phytophthora blight is provided. CONSTITUTION: A Pseudomonas corrugate CCR04(deposit number KACC 913366P) has antagonist effect to phytophthora blight. The Pseudomonas corrugate CCR04 is isolated from Korean soil. The plant pathogen is Phytophthora capsici. The fungicide for preventing plant disease contains Pseudomonas corrugate CCR04 or residual culture medium of the strain.
