PURPOSE: An eco-friendly Chryseobacterium indologenes ISE14 is provided to ensure an effect of suppressing Phytophthora blight of pepper. CONSTITUTION: A Chryseobacterium indologenes ISE14(deposit number KACC 91370P) has antagonist effect to plant pathogen. The plant pathogen is Phytophthora capsici. Plant disease is prevented by treating fungicide containing Chryseobacterium indologenes ISE14 or residual culture medium of the strain to a plant. The plant disease is plant disease caused by Phytophthora capsici.
