PROCESS FOR PREPARING THE PLACENTA EXTRACT BY HEAT TREATMENT

PURPOSE: A pig placenta extract by heat treatment, and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve extracting efficiency while minimizing the destruction of useful components without acid or alkali hydrolysis extraction, thereby securing high immune enhancement effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a pig placenta extract by heat treatment comprises the following steps of: cutting pig placenta and homogenizing them; drying the homogenized pig placenta and suspending the powdered placenta in a suspension agent; performing either centrifugation or filtration with the suspended placenta once to five times; and heating the placenta at the temperature of 40-110°C for 10-180 minutes. The placenta is pig placenta.
