The present invention develops a cable laying algorithm and implements an automatic program in order to effectively design cable laying and power plant equipment. According to an embodiment, a cable laying design system can include: a setting unit for receiving a cable allowance value corresponding to the type of a cable and setting a cable calculation process according to the type of the cable; a storing unit for maintaining information about the cable allowance value and a cable line section; and a cable laying unit for laying the cable in a cable line based on information about the cable line section or changing the cable line section. |
