PURPOSE: A fence with a lighting device equipped inside a pillar part is provided to increase power of discernment on the fence and protect the light device from the external impact. CONSTITUTION: A fence with a lighting device equipped inside a pillar part comprises a support(110), a horizontal member(121) and a knob part(130). The support is fixed and mounted on the ground and has the lighting device in the inner side. The horizontal member is installed and fixed between supporters. The knob part is installed and fixed on top of the supports and has a curved surface.
