<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte oxygen gas storage technique and a solid electrolyte oxygen gas storage vessel allowing easy and safe use as a portable container in extreme environments with no oxygen such as in space or under the sea, and to provide a solid electrolyte oxygen gas storage vessel as an oxygen fuel source of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte oxygen gas storage vessel is obtained by electron irradiation of oxide ceramics material in vacuum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
