<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic vibrator and a piezoelectric resonator wherein a vibration electrode can strongly be fixed to a piezoelectric ceramic plate without depolarization by heat treatment after polarization and oxidation of the vibration electrode. <P>SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric ceramic vibrator comprising the vibration electrode 3 formed on both principal faces of the piezoelectric ceramic plate 1, the vibration electrode 3 has a background layer 3a formed on the piezoelectric ceramic plate 1 by electroless plating and a vapor-deposition film 3b formed on the background layer 3a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
