PURPOSE: A multimedia display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase resource recycling efficiency and reduce environmental contamination by reusing an obsolete electronic info-communications device. CONSTITUTION: The use availability of the obsolete electronic info-communications device(302) is confirmed. The multimedia display program is installed in the obsolete electronic info-communications device. The external housing of the obsolete electronic info-communications device is removed. A display device unit, a data transmitting unit, an external input switching unit, and power supply unit are re-displayed at the outer housing(301) provided according to the set standard and shape.
