摘要

PURPOSE: A semiconductor device for improving phase detection capability through phase detection operation synchronized by external clock is provided to prevent error generation of the result under the influence of strobe signal. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device for improving phase detection capability through phase detection operation synchronized by external clock includes a synchronization unit, a phase detection unit(400) and a duty ratio correction unit. The synchronization unit synchronizes transition point of strove signal and clock edge of sub clock. The phase detection unit detects phase difference of main clock and bus clock in response to the output signal of the synchronization unit.
