PURPOSE: A screw diffuser is provided to prevent clogging of an air exhaust hole for supplying pre-heated air, and to transfer the pre-heated air to an inner side of a fermentation bath smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A screw diffuser(100) includes an air supply pipe(110) and an exhaust unit, and the exhaust unit discharges sludge remained inside the air supply pipe. An air inlet(112) is formed on a side of a cylindrical body(111) of the air supply pipe. A sludge filling part(114) is formed on the other end of the air supply pipe. The exhaust unit includes a transfer screw(120) and a drive motor(130). A base(140) is installed at the bottom of the air supply pipe and the drive motor. |
