PURPOSE: An active harmonic filter is provided to perform high speed switching and offset error correction through a semiconductor switch by including a high speed reset integrator. CONSTITUTION: An active harmonic filter includes an integrator(20). A non-inverting terminal of an OP amplifier of the integrator is grounded. A first resistor is connected between an input terminal and an inverting terminal of the integrator. A first capacitor is connected between the inverting terminal and an output terminal of the integrator. A second resistor and a JFET(Junction Field Effect Transistor) are parallel connected to the first capacitor in between the inverting terminal and the output terminal of the integrator. The first capacitor is discharged by applying a pulse between a gate and a source of the JFET. An inverting amplifier(10) is connected to the input terminal of the integrator. An adder(30) is connected between the input terminal and the output terminal of the integrator. |
