PURPOSE: A dynamo-type tunnel ventilation device using wind of a speeding vehicle is provided to reduce the power consumption and to ventilate using stored electrical energy. CONSTITUTION: A dynamo-type tunnel ventilation device using wind of a speeding vehicle comprises a ventilation fan(20), an electric power inverter(30), a condenser(40), a car sensor(60), a communication unit(50) and a controller(10). The ventilation fan generates the power by wind of the speeding vehicle. When the electric power inverter generates the energy, sending the energy to the condenser or when ventilating, supplies the electric energy to the ventilation fan. The condenser stores the electrical energy produced in the ventilation fan. The car sensor senses the location of the vehicle within a tunnel. The communication unit carries out the controller and is connected to a tunnel management center. The controller controls the drive of the ventilation fan and the electric power inverter according to the power generation or the forced ventilation.
