<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly transmit/receive data regardless of a difference in paper size arranged in a digital pen between an originating side and an incoming side when bidirectional data communication is performed by using a digital pen input device between terminal apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: The originating side and incoming side terminal apparatuses 1, 2 are mutually connected via the Internet 3, and are equipped with the digital pen input devices 4, 5 respectively. A common screen is displayed on the display of each terminal apparatus, and a positioning mark is incorporated on the screen. A point corresponding to the positioning mark on the display screen of the paper arranged in the digital pen input device is designated in each terminal apparatus. Then data to be written on the paper of the digital pen input device are converted into data on the display screen, based on the coordinate of the positioning mark on the display screen and the coordinate of the point on the paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
