PURPOSE: A Lysobacter enzymogenes ISE13 having prevention effect to phytophthora blight is provided to reduce use of fungicide. CONSTITUTION: A Lysobacter enzymogenes ISE13(deposit number KACC 91369P) has antagonist effect to phytophthora blight. The Lysobacter enzymogenes ISE13 highly suppresses phytophthora blight in radical, seedling, and plant. The plant pathogen is Phytophthora capsici.
