PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for a vehicle is provided to improve cooling efficiency by using two independent radiator cores. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger for a vehicle is formed by integrally coupling first and second radiator cores(2,3) and headers(2a,3a) on one tank exterior panel(1). The first upper panel(1a) is installed on the top of the tank exterior panel. The first lower panel(1b) is installed from the first upper panel at constant intervals in the tank exterior panel. The header of the first radiator core is inserted between the first upper panel and the first lower panel. The second upper panel(1c) is installed from the first lower panel at constant intervals in the tank exterior panel. The second lower panel(1d) is mounted on the tank exterior panel from the second upper panel at the constant intervals. The second header of the second radiator core is integrally copulated between the second upper panel and the second lower panel.
