A METHOD FOR PRODUCING A LOW CORELOSS GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET USING AN ULTRA -SONIC GENERATOR

PURPOSE: A method for producing low core loss grain-oriented electrical steel sheets using an ultra-sonic generator is provided to change voltage or frequency that is to be applied to an ultra-sonic generator. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing low core loss grain-oriented electrical steel sheets using an ultra-sonic generator comprises the following steps of: applying compressive stress to a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet; generating ultrasonic wave using an ultra-sonic generator; and applying compressive stress to the electrical steel sheet to improve core loss of the electrical steel sheet. The ultrasonic wave is in a range of 10KHz ~ 300 MHz.
