PURPOSE: A trademark system is provided to check a registration probability before applying to the trademark registration by previously checking the satisfaction for the requirement of the trademark registration. CONSTITUTION: A system server(1-1) is divided into a trademark similarity decision system(100), a goods similarity decision system(200), a similarity decision system(300), a registration probability decision system(400), an application guide system(500), a dispute guide system(600), and a brand naming system(900). Each system includes an engine for executing a function, a database such as a trademark database(700), a member database(710), and other database(750), and a management system(1100) managing the inside or the outside of the system server. The system server connects to the Korean intellectual property office(1200), a foreign patent office server(1210), customer company servers(840), and various external servers(1220). |
