本创作系一种棉花棒包膜侧封机构,特别指一种压实效果佳、且平整的棉花棒包膜侧封机构,该侧封机构具有一封口盘,封口盘的轮面具有系列等距的容料槽,且各容料槽两端中至少一端具有一偏心压块,且封口盘内并设有一具偏心作用之轮座,当封口盘转动时该轮座可带动偏心压块顶面相对封口盘轮面渐升,透过上述的设计,本创作之侧封机构可将各棉花棒两端之包膜逐次摺压形成摺边封口,避免发生以往摺边封口无法压实的现象,有效提高其包装的效率与良率,并可达到降低其包装成本之目的,而能增进其经济效益。
