PURPOSE: A Camp(cyclic adenosine monophosphate) regulator containing chrysin or its derivative and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided to prevent and treat various diseases caused by excessive generation of cAMP. CONSTITUTION: A cAMP regulator contains chrysin of the chemical formula 1 or its derivative. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is hydrogen or propyl, R2 is alkyl or toluic acid of propyl, butyl, and octyl. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating diseases caused by excessive generation of cAMP contains chrysin of the chemical formula 1 or its derivative as an active ingredient. The diseases are depression, gastritis, Parkison's disease, asthma, stroke, melasma, or fleck.
