DETECTING SYSTEM FOR DRIVER'S STATUS

PURPOSE: A system for detecting a state of a driver is provided to reduce the operation quantity for measuring the state of the driver by computing a necessary area. CONSTITUTION: A system for detecting a state of a driver comprises a sheet pressure sensing part(200), an image photographing unit(100) and a controller(300). The sheet pressure sensing part measures a pressure distribution chart according to a pressed degree of the sheet. The image photographing unit films the face of the driver. The controller determines the face location of the driver according to the pressure distribution chart measured from the sheet pressure sensing part in advance and sets up a region of interest. The controller judges the state of the driver after computing the face location value within the region of interest set up.
