FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: pipeline carries fluid medium at pressure and features at least one leak, most probably, in flange zone. Soft and tight enclosure is set at first stage to rest upon pipeline all over leak periphery. Aforesaid soft enclosure comprises gate valve arranged at the highest or lowest point in case of gas or liquid leak, respectively. Rigid and tight enclosure is fitted at second stage to rest upon pipeline all around aforesaid soft enclosure. At third stage fluid polymerised substance if forced into rigid enclosure.
