An organic fertilizer broadcaster consists of the undercarriage, a body, a conveyer, a shredding drum and a broadcasting one with semi-elliptic shredding working elements and a drive. Shredding working elements are made as quarter-elliptic shredders with each of them made as four quarter-ellipses mounted on the same axis. The planes of the quarter-ellipses are disposed at an angle α=45°...65° to the axis of the shaft of the shredding drum with arrangement of small axes of all quarter-ellipses of each of the quarter-elliptic shredders in the same plane and providing projections of said quarter-elliptic shredders onto a plane perpendicular to the axis of the shaft of the shredding drum as a circle.
