METHOD FOR DECOMPRESSION OF COLON

摘要

A method for decompression of colon comprises the transanal intubation of colon with a probe by the passing of it behind the area of anastomosis. According to a method a tubular turnstile is placed on a bowel higher than area of anastomosis in the place of probe location, catching the strand of greater omentum in the same loop, a turnstile is exteriorized through the counteropening on a front abdominal wall and tightened under the visual control till the obturation of bowel on a probe.
