PURPOSE: A nickel-based alloy is provided to exhibit high temperature intensity, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. CONSTITUTION: A nickel-based alloy is composed of 15.0-17.0wt% chrome, 7.0-10.0wt% cobalt, 1.0-2.5wt% molybdenum, 2.0-3.2wt% tungsten, 0.6-2.5wt% columbium, less than 1.5wt% tantalum, 3.0-3.9wt% aluminium, 3.0-3.9wt% titanium, 0.005-0.060wt% zirconium, 0.005-0.030wt% boron, 0.07-0.15wt% carbon, and the remainder of nickel and impurities. The content of columbium is much than that of tantalum. The content of columbium is 1.4wt% or greater. The content of columbium is 1.85wt%.
