FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to ophthalmology. Surgical access is made along eyeball circumference to produce 1.5 to 3.0 mm-long and 2.5 to 3.5 mm-wide corneal tunnel shifted clockwise or counter clockwise relative to vertical axis and two cornea paracenteses, each 1.0 to 1.5 mm wide, arranged symmetric about tunnel line for viscoelastic to pass through and into front chamber maximum depth. Then, spatula is used to inspect inner fistula formed earlier in antiglaumacomatous operation. Note that commissures formed in fistulas are separated, first, in intrascleral space of eyeball and, then, in its subsubconjuctival space. Now, capsilorhexis, phacoemulsification of lens, aspiration of lens remainders and implantation of intraocular lens are performed. Finally, preparation preventing fistula clumping is injected into fistula. ^ EFFECT: stable hypotensive effect, fast recovery of visual functions, reduced time and scope of surgical intervention. ^ 2 cl, 2 ex |
