Phased autotransplant is formed from fibular bone, opening in neck of ankle bone with diametre larger than diametre of phased autotransplant and slot on heel bone are made. Phased autotransplant is implanted in opening in neck of ankle bone and in slot on heel bone. Pressure is applied on its distal part with placement of ankle bone into anatomically correct position with following fixation with K-wire to body of heel bone, as a result extra-articular arthrodesis of subankle article in reached anatomically correct position occurs, which prevents shift of ankle bone. ^ EFFECT: invention prevents shifting of ankle bone. ^ 3 dwg
