A device for levitation turning conical nonrigid components contains a flanged housing with a tubular axle, magnetic circuits with cores and phase coils and aerostatic supports. The magnetic circuits are made in the form of tooth gears and are fastened at identical distance to each other and with symmetrical arrangement of toothed radial cores on the tubular axle. The arched lamellar aerostatic supports are located between the axial rows of magnetic circuits. Each of the aerostatic supports is connected by one end with an annular elastic element, which is fixed on the flanged housing, and by another end equipped with a spherical support it contacts with a conical part of stock. The stock is located in the opening of tubular axle and is connected with a piston of drive mechanism, which is located in the housing. Increase of the accuracy of working is ensured. |
