FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: diesel fuel equipment test bench consists of a frame with a plate mounted thereon and meant for fuel injection pump to be installed on it, a drive, an atomiser, fuel feeding system and measuring devices of capacity, non-uniform fuel supply and phase parametres of pump sections, which are connected to data management and processing system. Measuring devices of capacity and non-uniform fuel supply are made in the form of a flow metre located after the atomiser in the direction of fuel flow. Phase parametre measuring devices are made in the form of pressure sensor installed between the measured pump section and atomiser, and angular displacement sensor connected to the drive shaft. Pressure sensor, atomiser and flow metre are combined in a single measuring channel made with the possibility of being connected to each section in turn. Between fuel injection pump and measuring channel of the bench there installed in HP line is the device allowing to consequently and automatically connect each delivery section of fuel injection pump to the measuring device. The rest sections are connected to the drain. ^ EFFECT: reducing energy consumption required for adjustment of fuel injection pumps, increasing inter-section measuring accuracy of their parametres, decreasing labour input of works. ^ 3 dwg |
