A technique for the preparation of cervical caries cavities comprises the treatment of the edges of the wedge-shaped cavity, the formation of the bottom, the aseptic treatment of the cavity, the isolation of the cavity bottom with the inlay, and the filling of the cavity. The enamel is cut at an angle of 45° relative to the enamel base. Dentin is cut at the same angle. The cervical caries cavities in frontal group of the teeth are prepared in the shape of the inversed parabola. In molars, the cavities are prepared in the shape of the oval. |
