PURPOSE: A high efficiency drying apparatus for agricultural and marine products using a freezer is provided to reduce fuel costs and to prevent destruction of nutrients in the agricultural and marine products. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency drying apparatus for agricultural and marine products comprises a heat insulation case(200), freezer compressor(100), and external condensers(110-2). An evaporator(130) and internal condenser(110-1) are arranged in the drying apparatus. Electric valves(170-1, 170-2) are spaced between the freezer compressor and internal condenser, and between the freezer compressor and external condenser. A secondary heater is positioned in the heat insulation case. The air is delivered to a blower, evaporator, and internal condenser continuously. Condensed water is discharged through an outlet to the outside. The air moves upward. |
