Invention herewith described refers to the system for calibration, optical sorting and packaging frozen fruits is defined where, in the process of treatment of frozen fruits, from a continual and/or a standard tunnel for freezing berries of the fruit being brought to a vibrating separator (1) where by means of a belt conveyor (14) waste is taken away over a vibrating separator (2) where separation of agglomerated berries is carried out, by a block belt conveyor (15) and also of small parts of the berries, broken parts of berries by means of a belt conveyor (16), and are introduced into a device for optical sorting (3) where removal of unsuitable fruits with regard to color and shape is done, and wherefrom these are by a belt conveyor (17) taken to packaging. Upon optical sorting the berries, visual and thereupon manual control of the berries is carried out, if necessary, where unsuitable fruits are removed on a belt conveyor (4) for separation, and thereupon the berries are through a vibrating separator (5), where the small parts are separated, in the case of treatment of the rolend raspberry, forwarded to the belt conveyor (6) where removed are remaining unsuitable berries, and the rolend raspberry is at the end of the monitoring belt conveyor (6), packed into PVC bags and cardboard boxes with PVC bags on the line for closing and packing. Small parts are separated on the vibrating separator (5) and forwarded to the elevator belt with blades (7) and through a dosing system (8) and a vibrating dosage unit (9) these are taken to the balance scales for weighing and the system for packing into the cardboard boxes with PVC bags. When treatment of other frozen fruits is carried out, with the exception of rolend raspberry, these are removed from the vibrating separator (5) and all the fruit is forwarded to the belt conveyor with blades (7) and through the dosage system (8) and vibrating dosage units (9) to the balancing scales and the system for packing into cardboard boxes with PVC bags, which are set on the belt conveyor with rolls (11) below the system for emptying scales upon weighing the determined mass of the fruits is carried out.
