An aperture forming structure for a sealed containment and dispensing packag e for flowable products is provided. The structure includes a break away tip member (634) of thermoformable plastic. A cap (620) may be integrally formed with the aperture forming structure and may be used to protect the tip member or for closing the aperture. An alternative embodiment relates to a pouch (2100). By folding the corner of the pouch towards the body of th e pouch a break away tip member is removed leaving a product outlet hole (2100b) in the pouch wall.
